The Fernanda dress was inspired by Brazilian New Year's Eve celebrations, when the whole country wears white hoping to welcome a brighter future. Karoline wanted to celebrate her motherland by inviting her friend and muse, the artist and photographer Fernanda Liberti, to walk this piece on the runway. 

The dress is cut in dead stock viscose crepe in canoli cream and white, sourced from France, and is fully lined with two metal inserts: one on the side of breast, and one on the side of the waist. The stainless steel wires are chrome plated for extra shine and durability, and come with a bayonet clasp, so that they can be removed before washing. The dress is sewn in our studio, with special attention to finishings and internal construction. Fernanda is also wering the New Year's Eve Thong (the lowest visible metal detail).

Fernanda wears a custom size. The fit allows for hip variation.
